As our Internal Medicine Physician you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive primary care within a thriving multi‑specialty group in Elk Grove, CA. We are seeking dedicated medical professionals eager to leverage our established infrastructure and collaborative care model to provide exceptional healthcare to our growing community.

In this role you will engage in direct patient care, collaborating closely with experienced internists and Advanced Practice Providers within our modern clinic. You will benefit from on‑site diagnostic, imaging, and streamlined patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to internal medicine, excellent clinical skills, and a dedication to patient‑centered care. Ideal candidates will be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine, be eager to work collaboratively within a supportive team, and be adept at managing a diverse patient panel while contributing to the growth and success of our Folsom clinic.

• Patient‑centric, physician‑led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• Active or eligible license in the state of California
