Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources LLC seeks an Internal Medicine physician for 100% outpatient work in Des Moines, IA. The role collaborates with an MD/DO team plus APP, Scribe, and Medical Assistant, aiming for work‑life balance with a capped patient panel.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine.
• Experience with elderly patient care preferred.
• Ability to obtain Iowa medical license.

• Adult Primary Care role
• 100% Outpatient at 1 Location
• Join existing team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe, Medical Assistant
• Capped patient panel for work life balance- spend more time with patients
• Recently built clinics with on site labs
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p- NO Nights, NO Weekends
• Value Based Care- Emphasis on CARE
• Typical day: 11-14 Patients per day

PACKAGE

• Partner Track available; Promotable Position
• Salary range commensurate with exp. to $240k ; + Annual Quality Bonus

YOU

• Board Certified Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine with elderly patient exp.
• Ability to obtain maintain medical license in state of Iowa

Experience Required

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
