Job summary

ARC Health is hiring an Internal Medicine physician to serve the Navajo Nation in a culturally rich setting near Canyon de Chelly National Monument. You will provide comprehensive care for adults and elders, diagnose and manage a range of conditions, and collaborate with a strong care team to improve patient safety and quality of care.

This role welcomes new grads board-eligible and emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful clinical impact in a Tribal community.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Completed U.S. residency program.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (any state).
• DEA registration (Schedules I–V).
• Passion for rural, Tribal and underserved healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
• Perform physical exams and coordinate specialty care.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled care team.
