Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine outpatient physician in Lincoln, CA, with full-time hours and a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule, including dedicated panel management time and opportunities for virtual care.

Physicians must be board certified or board eligible by an American Medical Specialty Board, with incentives available up to $45,900 in addition to a base salary range of $320,100 to $330,000.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible by an American Medical Specialty Board.
• Physicians with outpatient focus in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the relevant state; CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine or family medicine care in Lincoln.
• Utilize AI-based charting and modern EMR to manage patient care.
• Offer flexible 4- to 5-day schedules with dedicated panel management time and virtual care options.
