Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS may be required depending on practice setting.
• RXN/RXNP prescriptive authority if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate responses and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on holistic plans of care.
• Assess learning needs and document patient education.
• Implement care plans and monitor outcomes per standards.
• Maintain patient charts and records with confidentiality.
