An independent, financially stable hospital in a beautiful lakeside resort community is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join its Primary Care team. The Opportunity

• Join a collaborative Primary Care group with 8 Family Medicine physicians and supportive APPs
• Adult patient population with a strong need for geriatric care
• Moderate volume of 10-14 patients per day
• Dedicated RN and 2-3 dedicated exam rooms
• Optional colonoscopies, EGDs, and stress testing
• Light 1:5 call from home; NPs/PAs take first call and admissions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $310,000-$400,000
• Total earnings to $450,000 with production bonus
• $100,000 signing bonus
• Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment and/or retention bonus

• Health insurance, 403(b) with 5% match, and malpractice with tail
