Job summary

Essentia Health in Valley City, ND seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team including 1–2 Family Medicine physicians and 2–3 Nurse Practitioners. The role offers a 1.0 FTE outpatient schedule with clinic hours M-F, 8a–12p and 1p–5p, treating a typical 16–20 patients daily in a modern facility.

Outpatient services include ultrasound, imaging, pathology, diabetes education, and more, with optional inpatient rounding and nearby CHI Mercy Hospital for coordination.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 1–2 Family Medicine physicians and 2–3 Nurse Practitioners to deliver patient-centered care.
• Serve a wide variety of patients in a team-based environment.
• Provide care within an outpatient clinic using Epic EMR and on-site services.
