Qualifications

• Must be currently active and licensed in Internal Medicine.

• Attending physicians must hold an unrestricted medical license.

Responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts from IM practice.
• Write high-quality reference responses.
• Grade AI-generated responses against rubrics.
• Provide feedback to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions.
