The Remote Job Journal seeks an experienced Internal Medicine MD to help fine-tune AI medical reasoning. You will craft advanced clinical cases, assess AI responses for accuracy, and deliver structured expert feedback to improve diagnostic safety and education.

Role is fully remote, 20–40 hours/week, contractor, with overlap in PST. Board-certified and actively practicing, educated at a top-tier institution, English fluent, and familiar with digital medical tools preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with active practice in the last 3+ years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Excellent written and spoken English; familiarity with digital medical tools.
• Education from a top-tier institution.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios reflecting internal medicine practice.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for diagnostic accuracy and clinical judgment.
• Identify gaps in AI understanding across internal medicine subspecialties.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model quality and reliability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback for next-generation AI development.
