You will work alongside a collaborative group of cardiologists to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include outpatient evaluations, follow-ups, care-plan development with cardiologists, patient education, EMR documentation, and participation in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas.
• National certification by AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• Experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
