Job summary

MEDICORP INC in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area is seeking BC/BE Internists for outpatient only practice. Competitive base salary plus annual productivity incentives to be discussed with the employer directly.

Flexible workweek structured as four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts, with 18–22 adult and geriatric patients per day and dedicated admin time for charting. Two positions available near Phoenix, no inpatient duties, and after‑hours triage integrated.

Internal Medicine – Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC/BE Internists to join their team
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Outpatient only practice
• Flexible workweek structured as four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts
• Daily patient volume averages 18 to 22 adult and geriatric patients per day with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting and care management
• Appointment blocks scheduled as 30 minutes for new/complex patients and 15 to 20 minutes for routine follow-ups
• Outpatient phone-only call rotation (approx. 1 week every 8 to 12 weeks) with zero inpatient rounding or hospital duties
• Integrated after-hours nurse triage filters routine patient calls
