Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational communications experience.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development.

This role oversees internal communications, leadership communications, town halls, employee engagement initiatives, employee listening programs, and action planning efforts.
