Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking an Internal Communications Lead – Content, based at our Coopersburg, PA headquarters or Conshohocken, PA. You will craft strategic, multilingual communications that inform, inspire, and unite a diverse workforce across the globe.

You will partner with HR and leadership to tell stories, manage channels, and drive change initiatives, ensuring messages reflect our culture and values while leveraging metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, Journalism, English, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, write, edit, and deliver internal communication content for employees; keep them informed and connected to the business.
• Own and manage intranet pages, newsletters, and town halls.
• Lead internal communications campaigns in support of change management and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with HR, business teams, and Communication Champions to translate insights into compelling stories.
• Build relationships with leaders, plant managers, and employees to reflect a global perspective.
• Translate complex information into clear, employee-friendly messaging.
• Support executive communications, including talking points and presentations.
• Ensure messages reflect Lutron’s culture, values, and voice.
• Use metrics to improve communication effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of content accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

You are a trusted storytelling partner to HR and business leaders—crafting thoughtful, engaging communications that inform, inspire, and unite a diverse, global, multi‑lingual workforce. From enterprise initiatives and change efforts to leadership messages and employee programs, your work ensures every message is clear, meaningful, and aligned with who we are.

Responsibilities

• Create, write, edit, and deliver a wide range of internal communication content that keeps employees informed, engaged, and connected to the business
• Own and manage key internal communication channels, including intranet pages, newsletters, and town halls
• Lead integrated internal communications campaigns in support of change management, leadership communications, and enterprise initiatives
• Partner with HR, business teams, and Communication Champions to gather insights and translate them into compelling stories
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, plant managers, and employees to ensure communications reflect a global perspective
• Translate complex or technical information into clear, employee‑friendly messaging
• Support executive and leader communications, including talking points and presentations
• Ensure messages consistently reflect Lutron’s culture, values, and voice
• Use insights and metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness
• Maintain high standards of content accuracy, quality, and timeliness across channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post‑academics
• 5–10 years of experience in internal communications or a closely related role
• Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for strategic storytelling
• Experience managing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, collaboration tools)
• Experience planning and delivering communication campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work on‑site; must be within commuting distance of the Coopersburg, PA office

Preferred

• Familiarity with employee engagement or change management principles
• Experience working with a network of Communication Champions
• Bilingual English–Spanish or English–Mandarin is a plus
