Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an Internal Communications Co-Op for Summer 2027 in New Bremen, Ohio. You will support the Marketing team with internal communications, content creation, and employee engagement initiatives.

This on-site internship offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, intranet management, and cross‑department collaboration while building measurement and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Strong writing, research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Own means of reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in creating, coordinating and delivering communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications including emails, newsletters, announcements and intranet content.
• Create and edit written content for employee communication channels.
• Help maintain and update the company Intranet site.
• Support the rollout of a global Intranet site.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and develop communication materials.
• Track communication metrics and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness.
• Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging and communication standards.
• Support special projects and other marketing activities as assigned.
