Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
• 3-6 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing internal channels such as intranets, digital signage, and email newsletters/campaigns preferred.
• Special consideration for SharePoint, Viva Engage, Power Platform, and internal communications measurement platforms like SWOOP Analytics and tyGraph.
• Consulting experience in a management consulting firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high editorial and quality standards across employee-facing channels, ensuring clarity, conciseness, accuracy, and channel alignment.
• Create, curate, and manage content and templates for intranets, newsletters, email campaigns, digital signage, and enterprise social platforms.
• Use CMS for day-to-day publishing and ensure content is accessible and maintainable by the team.
• Support content review and auditing workflows to keep information current and useful.
• Coordinate with Internal Communications, Marketing, IT, and vendors to maintain channel operations and tools.
