Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families starting ABA treatment. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage calls, emails, scheduling, and data entry in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

This in-center, full-time position offers hourly pay of $19.23 to $21.63, plus an annual bonus up to $6,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we help autistic children build communication, social, and independence skills through evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA), you'll be the first point of connection for families beginning ABA treatment. You'll guide them through admissions with empathy and care, so they feel supported, informed, and confident from their first phone call to their child's first day of therapy. Working closely with your center's Operations Manager, you'll manage administrative processes and help families understand how ABC can support their child.

Your role

As a CAA, You'll

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.

What you'll bring

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• At least one year of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations
• Experience in an ABA or healthcare setting
• Experience as a Behavioral Therapist (BT) or familiarity with autistic children
• Knowledge of behavioral health, medical documentation, or healthcare terminology

Physical Requirements

• Comfort working in moderate-to-loud environments and interacting with children and families throughout the day
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely and successfully, meeting standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), including regular, punctual attendance
