Job summary

SNI Financial is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to oversee operational and process audits across the organization. You will manage a team of four and drive risk-based audits with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Internal Audit experience, experience in manufacturing or oil & gas, and a CIA-like credential. Leadership, communication with executives, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Internal Audit experience.
• Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas industry experience required.
• CIA certification preferred or similar credential.
• Strong operational and process audit experience.
• Experience leading and developing an audit team.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a four-person Internal Audit team.
