Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
• 0–2 years in public accounting and/or internal audit in a life sciences environment; Big Four or pharma experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
• CIA, CISA certification or equivalent obtained or in progress.
• Analytical, detail-oriented self-starter with teamwork, quality and execution focus.
• High integrity and strong work ethic; leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual internal audit plan and advisory projects.
• Test and document SOX controls; assist with compliance program.
• Mentor interns as applicable; growth potential within Internal Audit.
• Develop relationships as a trusted business advisor and drive process improvements.
• Perform testing over ITGCs, automated controls, and key reports.
• Coordinate with co-source and external auditors on schedules and deliverables.
