Job summary

Autoscribe Corporation seeks an Internal Applications Developer to own Beacons, our proprietary internal business application, and related systems. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in application development with C# and/or Java, plus strong SQL and UI experience (Dojo/Angular). You’ll contribute to automation, reporting, and data integrity while delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in application development or internal business systems.
• Hands-on programming with C# and/or Java; both are a plus.
• Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks (Dojo/Angular).
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection, Spring, Maven, and Node.js.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
• Experience with SSRS, data integrations, and APIs.
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and support testing.
• Strong analytical skills with financial data and processes.
• Experience in payments/fintech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve internal applications and business logic, including reporting and integrations.
• Own and enhance critical business systems (accounting, pricing, reporting, operations).
• Bridge business needs with technology by gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement reliable fixes.
• Develop SQL queries, data integrations, and validation controls for accuracy.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and user experiences.
• Lead testing, validation, and change management for dependable solutions.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and tech teams.
