Job summary

Integra invites students to join its Internship Program for Summer 2027, offering hands-on experience in construction, engineering and manufacturing. The program includes mentorship, meaningful project work and professional development to help transition from student to industry professional.

We welcome students in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Accounting and related fields.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date on or before Spring 2028
  • Available to work full-time May–August 2027 or January–April 2027 (Co-Op)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Prior internship or leadership experience is preferred
  • Eager to pursue a career in the construction & manufacturing industry

The Integra Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop their skills, and explore career paths within the construction, engineering, and manufacturing industry. Through meaningful project work, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, interns develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transition from student to industry professional.

We're actively seeking students for Summer 2027 Internship opportunities across our business. Spring 2027 Co-Op is open to construction management students. These opportunities provide hands‑on experience, mentorship, professional development, and exposure to real projects that directly contribute to our organization's success.


We welcome students interested in careers supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, data centers, field services, and skilled trades.
