Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an Intern, Technical Graduate for Year Round AGT Accelerator Operations onsite. The role supports and improves product, process, and system quality and works with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure safety and work-planning quality standards are met.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree, current full-time enrollment in a related graduate program, a 3.0/4.0 GPA, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

The Above Ground Testing (AGT) Accelerator Operations (1332) department operates the Saturn, HERMES III, and SPHINX pulsed power accelerators, enabling applied research into radiation effects on materials and electronics. The department also conducts pulsed power research and development to improve source fidelity, output, fluence, reliability, and reproducibility, supporting the NNSA Stockpile Stewardship Program.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q‑level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
