During your internship, you'll work alongside experienced IBM consultants, supply chain professionals, data specialists, and technology experts while developing practical business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
No two projects are exactly alike. You could support clients across industries including manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, retail, healthcare, energy, public sector, and more.
You don't need prior consulting experience or expertise in every area of supply chain. We're looking for students with a strong foundation, curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for learning.
Through mentorship, structured learning, hands-on project experiences, and AI-enabled tools, you'll strengthen your supply chain, analytical, technology, communication, and consulting skills while building a foundation for a future career at IBM.
High-performing interns may be considered for full-time Associate opportunities following graduation, based on business needs and individual performance.
The primary internship program dates are May to July 2027 (10 weeks).
