Derek Fiske State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient Intern to support insurance agents and assist in gaining and keeping customers. This role offers an entryway for growth and an income boost while developing customer relations and sales-mindedness.

This internship is part-time in Rome, GA, with a compensation of $10.00 per hour. The position emphasizes energy, marketing perspective, and the potential for advancement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
• Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Make outbound calls to prospects to discuss and collect information for auto insurance quotes and learn how to identify gaps and needs for additional coverage and/or products.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
