Tom McLaughlin - State Farm Agent is hiring an Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member in Bucks County, Bristol Township. In this role, you will build customer relationships and experience what it takes to be a State Farm Agent.

You will provide customer service, support marketing goals, and have the opportunity for growth within the agency. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with flexible hours.

Future Opening: Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, consider working in the office of Tom McLaughlin - State Farm Agent. As an agency team member, you can experience firsthand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will let you explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself. We are looking for professionals who are competitive, driven, and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day.
