Nutrien is seeking an Intern - Retail Field, Agronomy for the Central Indiana Division. This 12-week Summer Internship provides hands-on experience at Nutrien Ag Solutions retail locations.

You will engage in agronomy/operations tasks, participate in sampling and sales activities, and gain exposure to real-world farm input businesses. This internship is open to students committed to agriculture programs with graduation August 2027 or later.

Internship Details

This is an open and continuous posting for internship positions for multiple locations throughout the Central Indiana Division of Nutrien Ag Solutions.

This position is for a 2027 Summer Internship which will last approximately 12 weeks.

What you will do

• Agronomy and/or Operations focused internship to learn the ins and out of a Nutrien Ag Solutions retail location
• Have direct responsibility relating to tissue sampling, soil sampling, sales and/or other related tasks at the location

What you will bring

• Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year Higher Education degree program in Agriculture or a related program with an interest in Agriculture
• Must have a graduation date of August 2027 or later

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role, is between $16.00 - $20.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive compensation. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations.
