Job summary

MasterBorn in Poland is offering an Intern Product Designer position with a mentor-led learning approach. You will learn to design useful apps in Figma/AI and turn designs into working prototypes using AI tools.

You will work on real projects from day one, with a dedicated mentor guiding onboarding, tasks, and reviews. There is potential for extension and a path toward a Junior Product Designer role, with remote or hybrid options (Wroclaw office available).

Qualifications

• You have a basic background in design and a portfolio to show us.
• You're eager to use AI to turn design ideas into real products.
• You're proactive, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge of Figma is expected.
• Polish and English at high levels are required (C1).

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor on real projects, from idea to execution.
• Mentor onboarding, task assignment, progress support, and reviews.
• Join client meetings and present work with mentor support.
• Handle real, meaningful design tasks, not just support work.
• Learn scrum processes and collaborate with developers and Product Owners.
• Support marketing or internal initiatives as needed and receive ongoing feedback.
