Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a motivated nursing student or graduate awaiting licensure to support patient care under supervision and contribute to care plans and progress assessments in a clinical setting.

You will assist in patient assessments, implement care plans, and participate in ongoing education to strengthen clinical leadership while supporting nursing staff and quality improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure.
• Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
• Minimum knowledge in clinical skills; strong communication skills are desirable.
