Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health is seeking a Nurse Intern II to provide technical assistance under the direction of the registered nurse for a defined group of patients, supporting quality patient outcomes and clear communication with staff, patients, and guests.

You will perform duties such as assessing patients, contributing to and implementing plans of care, evaluating outcomes, and supporting ongoing educational activities while preparing for licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure.
• The graduate nurse must remain in the Nurse Intern II category no longer than 90 days from graduation.
• Computer literacy is required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
