Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant Student to provide technical support under the supervision of a registered nurse for a defined group of patients, helping achieve quality outcomes and ensuring clear communication with staff, patients and guests.

The role includes assisting with assessments, contributing to care plans, and supporting ongoing education and professional development while performing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation dates within 1 year of hire.
• Meets or exceeds all academic requirements. Must provide documentation of current enrollment in an accredited registered nursing program and a letter of good standing that includes projected graduation month/year.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire date.
