Job summary

Kite Pharma in Santa Monica is seeking an Intern for Kite Development in Med Affairs (Strategy and Communications). You will contribute to high-impact projects, including scientific content creation, coordinating strategy initiatives, and involvement in medical education activities.

The internship lasts 10–12 weeks (May–August) and is hybrid. You will gain exposure to drug development, advisory boards, webinars, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading biopharma.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a degree program.
• Must have CGPA 2.8+ at application/hire.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States.
• Hybrid internship; not fully remote; May–Aug duration.

Responsibilities

• Support development of scientific content and materials.
• Assist Strategy Team tracking and initiatives.
• Coordinate medical education activities and events.
• Support review of promotional/medical materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and partner functions.
• Present final work as a PPT near internship end.
