Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Systems in Rhode Island is seeking an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering student to assist in product development through hands-on testing and data analysis. You will develop CAD models and drawings, design test fixtures, and meticulously document design and test results.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with SolidWorks experience and foundational knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• SolidWorks experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics is helpful.
• Proficiency with MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel is expected.
