Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations intern for a remote, part-time role that supports digital marketing campaigns and data-driven decisions. • Support marketing automation programs and lead nurturing to drive engagement.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to marketing process improvements and documentation.
• Assist with program analysis and ROI evaluations.

Internship Details:

• The internship will begin January 11, 2027.

• Interns will work approximately 20-25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.

• Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.

• Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status).

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, to assist with marketing projects and operational processes.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding campaign performance, process improvements, and best practices.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing business process improvement initiatives and documentation of operational best practices.
• Assist with marketing program analysis and reporting to help evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Gain exposure to marketing technologies, campaign operations, and digital marketing strategies through hands-on project work.

Qualifications
