Ball Corporation is seeking an Intern in Manufacturing Management at our Tampa, FL plant. This 10-week program offers hands-on experience in daily plant operations, with opportunities to lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.

You will collaborate across departments, gain exposure to production and support teams, and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifikationen

• Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university. And has completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027or later

Students interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing and entering the workforce directly afterundergrad.

And able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.

• Hourly Rate:$28
• Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site in our Tampa, FL plant. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
