Job summary

Moog is seeking an Intern in Industrial Engineering to join the team onsite in Buffalo, NY. The role supports key engineering tasks, with potential exposure to continuous improvement and project engineering, under the Director, Business Transformation.

Applicants must be enrolled in an Industrial Engineering or related program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be eligible for U.S. export-controlled information access. Willingness to relocate is required.

• Enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related Bachelor's/Master's program.
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA to be specified by department.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Moog U.S. Internship Program expects professional disposition, effective communication, eagerness to learn, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Work on continuous improvement, business process support, and/or project engineering.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Buffalo, NY The Industrial Engineering team is seeking a full-time or part-time fall block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY .

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or other relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0 ; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog.
• Provide technical support to engineers, as needed.
• Work experience may include continuous improvement, business process support, and/or project engineering, based on the student's educational discipline.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.

Salary Range:

Buffalo, NY $25.00-$31.00 Hourly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
