Job summary

Meta Reality Labs is seeking an Research Scientist Intern to advance state-of-the-art research in computer vision, graphics, and machine learning. You will work with researchers and engineers to develop new models, representations, datasets, and evaluation methods with opportunities to publish.

The internship offers collaboration across teams and potential to influence future products used by people worldwide, with exposure to cutting-edge AR/VR platforms and immersive experiences.

Qualifications

• PhD candidate in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in computer vision, ML, computer graphics, image processing, or computational photography.
• Proven track record of grants, fellowships, patents, or co-authored publications at top-tier conferences.
• Experience with C++ and/or Python; PyTorch experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype advanced technologies in the domain of computer vision, computer graphics, and machine learning.
• Deliver research results that are publishable and have impact on Reality Labs or Meta’s family of apps.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the project lifecycle, from research to prototyping to deploying products.
