Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is offering Fall 2026 Food & Beverage Intern positions as part of an educational program within a premier entertainment and hospitality destination. Interns will participate in meaningful activities across the F&B sector, gaining hands-on experience in a busy resort environment.

Responsibilities include performing tasks for the guest experience, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and completing required contract hours under supervision.

  • Communicate questions, observations, needs, etc. as appropriate with the site supervisor and/or other company professionals
  • Complete the agreed upon contract hours required by the J & W Student Employee program
  • Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Discuss goals, objectives and project topic/thesis (if applicable) and receive two performance appraisals
  • Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
  • Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
  • Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
