Responsibilities

Position Overview

Join our 10-week program in the Engineering and Continuous Improvement organization for the Summer of 2026! This internship will focus on manufacturing improvement through project management and continuous improvement. This role will support the delivery of business KPI’s through collaboration, communication, and technical capabilities. Responsible for positively impacting Bob Evan’s business and consumers by completing challenging and meaningful projects. Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Uphold quality and food safety policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and improving existing processes through the use of LEAN, TPM and Six Sigma methodologies. Minimize waste using lean manufacturing techniques like value stream mapping, process balancing, and waste reduction.
• Develop, manage and execute capital projects.
• Optimize engineering, mechanical, and electrical design standards and processes.

Qualifications

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related principal.
