Electrical Engineer Intern
2027 Summer Internship – Salina, KS
Great Plains Manufacturing, a Kubota Company, is currently taking applications for our 2027 Summer Internship Program. These internships will be on-site in the Salina, KS area.
Our Summer Interns work full-time from Mid-May to Early-August and earn $20 per hour. Engineering interns enjoy a 4-day work week with a work schedule of Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Housing is provided in Salina, KS for interns who currently reside outside the area.
Each of our Summer Interns complete a project with a mentor and supportive peers, allowing them to apply their college knowledge in the workplace and gain practical work experience. We also organize activities during the summer to give you the opportunity to get to know other interns and Great Plains employees through casual events like laser tag, paintball, bowling, and community events.
Our Electrical Engineer Interns will be assigned to one of our facilities in the Salina, KS area and work on a project in Electrical Engineering as it relates to the design process of agricultural equipment.
