Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a process integration and device engineer Intern to work on cutting-edge DRAM technology in the manufacturing fab. You will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enable next generation DRAM.

You will collaborate with YE, Device, PI, and other teams to drive yield improvements, document findings, and present updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices required.
• Advanced CMOS or capacitor knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of DRAM, NAND, NOR.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process flow.
• Good communication skills; self-motivated.
• Available for 6 months+ internship.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of process modules across DRAM loops.
• Analyze electrical and inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Document findings and present updates to engineering and leadership teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve problem solving efficiency and productivity.

As a process integration and device engineer Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will have opportunities to work with an industry leading team on cutting edge technologies to enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab, ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM products to customers. You will be offered hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, with exposure to advanced technology development, yield improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices is required. Advanced CMOS or capacitor knowledge is preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR et al.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis.Knowledge of semiconductor process flow. Knowledge of DRAM process flow is a plus.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated.
• Able to do 6 months + Intern
