Job summary

PCA is hiring an Industrial Design Co-op at our Mooresville Design Center for Spring 2027. Representing students working toward a B.S. in Packaging Science/Engineering and Industrial Design, you will engage in hands-on design projects and packaging development.

Starting with basic tools like Excel, CAD, and 3D rendering, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to craft innovative packaging solutions while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Working towards Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Packaging Science/Engineering is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Artios, Auto CAD and 3D Rendering Programs.

Basic Qualifications

• Working towards Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Packaging Science/Engineering is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Artios, Auto Cad and 3D Rendering Programs.

• Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Must exhibit excellent communication, analytical, organizational and computer skills.
• Must be capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary for position: $25 per hour.
• Paid Holidays.
