Job summary

Bombardier invites you to join its US Aerostructures team as an Intern/Co-op in Continuous Improvement. You will work alongside leaders to analyze production data and drive process improvements on manufacturing operations.

This role focuses on safety, quality, schedule and cost, with opportunities to present to executives and participate in leadership development as you work toward a business degree. This paid/co-op position emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and growth toward a future

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong analytical and data analysis skills to support production decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with groups of 10–15 leaders by presenting information, updates, and performance metrics.
• Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability.
• Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapting quickly to new processes, tools, and responsibilities.
• Contribute to leadership development goals by applying business and manufacturing knowledge while pursuing a degree in business.
