You’ll engage with carriers, learn Navisphere and other systems, and contribute to solutions that optimize supply chains. The program combines onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on experience across sales, operations, and information systems.

Intern - Capacity Portfolio Representative Summer 2027

This role is available for Summer 2027

Are you ready to launch your career in business development and account management? Join us as a Capacity Portfolio Representative intern at C.H. Robinson, where you'll play a crucial role in helping some of the world’s most prominent companies achieve their business goals. As part of our team, you’ll engage directly with carriers, learning how to build strong relationships and provide innovative solutions to optimize their supply chains.

This paid internship will start with an interactive onboarding program where you'll gain insight into C.H. Robinson’s industry-leading technology, business development strategies, and customer-centric culture. You'll be integrated into our sales team, giving you hands‑on experience in driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base.

Throughout the program, you will gainreal-world experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and have the opportunity to build a strong network within the logistics and transportation industry. By the end of the summer, you’ll have sharpened your negotiation, relationship management, analytical and problem‑solving skills while contributing to impactful initiatives that drive success for both our clients and C.H. Robinson.

Compensation Range

$15 - $30 per hour

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
