Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, Hourly Behavior Therapist Interns in Westfield, New Jersey. You will provide direct ABA instruction under supervision, participate in collaborative team meetings, and communicate with families to support consistency across home and community settings.
The position requires enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field, with at least 1 year of supervised experience with children preferred.

Achieve Beyond was founded in 1995 and is continuously growing to meet the needs of developmentally disabled children through our ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut,and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community and clinic settings. This paid internship is an amazing opportunity for students in need of accruing hours towards completing a human services related degree, as well as individuals looking to gain additional clinical experience working with children with special needs.
