Deloitte is offering an Audit & Assurance internship in Ramallah to gain real-world experience in external audit within a leading professional services firm.

The opportunity focuses on developing analytical review skills, understanding internal controls, and applying ethical AI tools in professional tasks while collaborating with senior staff and teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to work as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
• Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing analytical review of audit documents.
• Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise.
• Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency.
• Demonstrates practical exposure to AI tools through university/graduation projects and/or day-to day productivity use, with the ability to explain how AI supported outcomes.
• Shows a strong digital mindset and curiosity to adopt new technologies, with willingness to learn and apply firm-approved tools appropriately.
• Applies sound judgement and integrity when using AI, including awareness of confidentiality, data handling, and ethical use (e.g., avoiding misuse in academic/professional work).
