Job summary

ConductorAI is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to help build our core web platform for large-scale document search, review, and AI-powered workflows. You’ll contribute to production systems, including document-processing pipelines, and push state-of-the-art LLMs to their limits.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, own features from problem definition through implementation, and receive mentorship.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React stack; willing to work across both sides of the stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve search, review, and AI-powered agents for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop polished, user-facing features in Next.js/React application.
• Create backend APIs and data models to support responsive frontends.
• Collaborate with engineers to design production systems and own features end-to-end.
• Understand problems with product teammates and users to drive improvements.
