Compeer Financial is seeking a collaborative, innovative intern to assist a Financial Officer in delivering agricultural and financial services to clients from our Sycamore, IL office. You will help build client relationships, market Compeer’s services, and gain hands-on experience with loan analysis and credit concepts during a full-time summer internship.
This paid internship requires you to provide housing and transportation.

This is a paid internship; however, the intern must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2027. The internship is located out of Sycamore, IL office location. If pursuing internship credit through your university, it is your responsibility to consult with your advisor and review the internship's job description to ensure it meets the minimum eligibility requirements. This internship will work with and assist a Financial Officer (FO) in providing agricultural and financial services to clients and building strong relationships with these clients. The intern will develop the ability to combine his/her agricultural and business knowledge with an understanding of each client’s current financial position in order to provide solutions to meet clients’ needs, as well as assisting the Financial Officer in marketing Compeer’s services and other related services to clients and prospective clients based upon the individual’s need for these products. The intern will also collaborate with other team members throughout the organization to gain an understanding of the broader business.
Actual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands. The hourly rate range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
