What You’ll Actually Do
- Training: Participate in comprehensive intern orientation, technical training, and development programs to gain exposure to both tax and audit functions.
- Procedures: Shadow and perform procedures on various financial statement areas, including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, other assets, and accounts payable.
- Review: Review client financial statements for accuracy and record any necessary adjustments.
- Filings: Work on payroll processing and 1099 annual filing requirements for clients.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate directly with a variety of clients across multiple industries, ranging from startups and family‑run businesses to multinational corporations.
The Must-Haves
- Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting, with more than two years of coursework completed; this is an Entry‑Level internship position.
- Experience: No specific prior professional experience required, but demonstrated academic dedication and an eagerness to learn are essential. Ability to commit to extended hours and occasional Saturdays during “busy season” (January through mid‑April) is a firm requirement.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, alongside a solid understanding of standard office technology.
