Returning interns will be offered opportunities to expand their responsibilities and experiences in alignment with their demonstrated proficiency and prior performance.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field
• Have reliable transportation and/or the ability to travel or relocate for the summer
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with professionalism and reliability
• Goal‑driven and able to meet deadlines
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills in construction and project management
• Take detailed notes to capture important insights and instructions
• Open to constructive feedback and focused on improving performance
