Job summary

Terracon’s internship and co-op program offers practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering. You’ll work alongside professionals who live our Core Values and support our services.

Eligible majors include Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Geological, Construction Engineering, Biology, Geology, or related fields. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with interest in consulting and fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, science or business-related fields.
• Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
• Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with Terracon's values.
• A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
• Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client and community outcomes.
• Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
• Receive mentorship from professionals committed to helping you grow.
