Terracon offers an internship and co-op program providing practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering, along with business functions. Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, technical, or business-related fields.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with Terracon's values.
  • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
  • At least 60% completion of coursework.

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
  • Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client and community outcomes.
  • Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.

Eligible Majors Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Geological, or Construction Engineering; Biology; Geology; or other related technical or business fields.

Eligible Majors Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Geological, or Construction Engineering; Biology; Geology; or other related technical or business fields.

We are looking for interns who are approximately 60% completed with their coursework who would like training in the Geotechnical and Materials Testing Departments. You will be exposed to Field Work, Laboratory Operation, Testing, inspections and Support Engineering Activities.
